    1

    Before

  • 2

Apply Formula A to the roots. Place cotton between each section to keep it clean and to avoid overlapping the lightener. Process for five minutes.

  • 3

Continue to apply Formula A and pull through the “yellow band”—that line between the regrowth and the lightened hair.

  • 4

At the bowl, apply Formula B to the roots. Then, pull down the toner slightly past the roots.

  • 5

Process for eight minutes. Then, rinse.

  • 6

Next, tap just the first 1/4-inch of the root with Formula C. Process for five minutes, then drag it down 2 inches. Process for five more minutes, then rinse.

  • 7

Shampoo and condition all of the hair with a cool, purple shampoo and conditioner. Justin uses his dpHUE Cool Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner.
