You may return new, unopened, unused* items purchased from behindthechair.com/shop within 30 days of delivery. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping. Return postage/insurance is your responsibility. For any order totaling over $500.00 in returns, there will be a 10% restocking fee assessed to your credit card.
If your item was delivered to you in a damaged state, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. Items must be returned in their original packaging and behindthechair.com will pay the return shipping costs for any damaged items.
*Items are not returnable if overwrap is torn or removed or the case/product has obviously been marked or handled in any way.
Claims for missing items must be received within 3 days of receipt of order. Please call (800) 760-3010, ext #10, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm CST, to speak with a Customer Service Specialist for assistance or send an email to email@example.com regarding missing items.
