Here’s her how-to!

HOW-TO STEPS

  • 1

Section out a Mohawk section at the top, from one corner of the eye to the other and extending to the nape.

    2

Cornrow two small braids following the Mohawk sectioning.

  • 3

Micro-crimp the top/center panel and flat iron the sides smooth.

  • 4

Section the top up and away, and pull the smoothed sides back into a ponytail at the nape.

  • 5

Create a Fishtail braid with the top section, pulling the braid apart with your hands as you work your way down for a looser look. Incorporate this braid into another ponytail at the base.

  • 6

Take hair from ponytails and wrap it around the base, gathering more hair as you work.

  • 7

Secure with a bobby pin in on underside.
