Grab a section of hair, place in the amika Confidante Styler, rotate under and release. Next, secure the section, place the flat iron under the first wave, rotate over and release. Repeat until the section is finished, leaving the ends straight.

For the next section, alternate the angle of the Confidante Styler to create a messy, lived-in look. For example, hold the flat iron parallel to the floor instead of on a diagonal. Continue alternating styler and wave placement as you move throughout the hair.
