Flamboyage—a new highlighting technique that gives a subtle, more natural appearance than highlighting with foils is the perfect solution. Flamboyage uses unique adhesive strips that give you the ability to isolate small amounts of hair to be colored, allowing you to add slight kisses of color to a client’s locks. With the help of this new color tool, the colorist can achieve and easily repeat chromatic results that are unattainable when working free-hand along the hair length. That’s what stylist Anita Arsova from Arsova Salon did when she transformed her client’s plain mane into a decadent, chocolate-caramel flamboyage.

    Balayage the hair with Formula A using Flamboyage Meche Strips. Keep your foils running slightly diagonal, parting away from the face.

    Next, glaze the hair at the bowl with Formula B.

    Process the hair for 25 minutes to achieve a soft and seamless chocolate-caramel flamboyage.
