Use A Microfiber Towel To Wrap Each Velcro Roller

It sounds unnecessary, but trust us. Carlos explains that using a microfiber towel to create a sanitary barrier around each roller will not only eliminate rollers as single-use salon items but the towel will actually smooth and protect hair from breaking on the velcro. Follow the guide below to try it for yourself. 

1. Using a microfiber towel, cut three even strips that will act as a casing for velcro rollers. 
   
   Pro Tip: The microfiber towel is important for several reasons. The material will not snag or frizz the hair but also allow the heat from the blow dryer to cool evenly through the hair wrapped around the roller. 

   

2. Place the velcro roller on the edge of each strip rolling down to create a secure enclosure around the roller.

   

3. Prep rollers ahead of time! Once each section is dry and smooth, wrap each roller as you typically would. Fold the excess ends of the towel over the top of the roller and secure with a clip. After each use, just throw your towel strips in the wash to reuse!
