Wella Company Announces New Americas President

Wella Company CEO Annie Young-Scrivner just announced a change in leadership for the company’s American regions. Wella Americas President Sennen Pamich will be stepping down from his current role and leaving Wella Company. Here’s what you need to know!

 


“Sennen’s leadership has made the business in the region much stronger, even through the pandemic, and the Wella Company has continued to gain momentum in North America and [Latin America],” said Annie. “We appreciate Sennen’s achievements and are grateful for his many contributions and his commitment to our people and our company.”

 

Global beauty industry executive Yannis Rodocanachi has been named the new Wella Americas President. The official role change will be effective November 30, and Sennen and Yannis will work together to transition the business in the Americas region which includes the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Latin America. 

 

Most recently CEO of BH Cosmetics, Yannis’s international career has included critical sales, marketing and leadership roles in global businesses in both hair and beauty. “Yannis is passionate about beauty,” says Annie. “He is a great coach and leader with an infectious enthusiasm for this business, his teams and for driving change through beauty. He believes in his heart that the beauty industry has the ability to change people’s lives for good—in complete alignment with the mission of Wella Company.”

 

Prior to working with BH Cosmetics, Yannis spent 20 years with L’Oréal working in France, then in the Asia markets of South Korea and Indonesia before returning to the United States.
