HOW-TO STEPS

    Take a curved rectangle section from high recession on both sides to the crown. Continue by taking another smaller curved rectangle from the crown to right above the occipital.

    Block color underneath with the Espresso shade.

    Start in the back curved rectangle section, apply root shade using Espresso. Take a crescent shaped section and apply Espresso half way down section of hair then smudge Sangria from mid-lengths to hair ends. Isolate each section with Meche. Take a second crescent shaped section off center from the first and apply Espresso 3/4 of the way down the section of hair, then smudge Sangria through to the ends. With the remaining hair apply the Espresso and Sangria in the same way as the first section.

    Within the front curved rectangle section take an offset crescent shaped section and smudge Sangria from the root shade through to the lengths and ends. Take a second crescent offset from the first and apply Espresso half way down the section of hair, then smudge Sangria from mid lengths to ends. Take a third crescent overlapping the two previous and apply Espresso and Sangria in the same way as the previous section.

    With the remaining hair, apply Espresso 3/4 of the way down the section of hair then smudge Sangria through to the hair ends.
