Tracee Ellis Ross doesn’t know how to have a bad hair day. The actress looked regal with her usual big curls slicked back into a textured bun at the Vanity Fair 2020 Oscars Party courtesy of “Black-ish” Head Hairdresser Araxi Lindsey (@araxi_lindsey). What really makes the look are the stray ringlets that add an air of ‘I woke up like this’ flair to an elegant hairstyle. HOW-TO STEPS

Apply PATTERN Leave-In Conditioner to freshly shampooed hair and use a diffuser to dry the curls.

Next, gently pull the curls back into a ponytail at the occipital bone using PATTERN Jojoba Oil Hair Serum.

Pull out curls to frame the face and gently lay them down, keeping the natural curl pattern.

Style the hair in the ponytail into a chignon bun and pin into place.
