Major Leadership Changes Are Coming to L’Oréal USA

L’Oréal USA has just announced three major changes in leadership within their massive portfolio of beauty brands. Susannah Greenberg is L’Oréal USA’s new Chief Information Officer for the Americas, Leslie Marino has been promoted to President of the Professional Products Division for the U.S. and Nathalie Gerschtein is President of the Consumer Products Division for North America. With more than 50 years of experience within L’Oréal across all three executives; Susannah, Leslie and Nathalie say they are eager to use their expertise and industry knowledge to continue to accelerate L’Oréal forward.

Susannah Greenberg is L’Oréal USA’s Chief Information Officer

During Susannah’s decade-long tenure with L’Oréal, she mentored a talented team and championed L’Oréal’s internal community group, Women in Tech. Before joining L’Oréal, she led technology and application development at Citigroup. 

 

In her new role, she will be responsible for driving growth and development of L’Oréal’s Beauty Tech ambition. Her focus will be on strengthening consumer experiences through advancing virtual services, implementing new technologies and increasing accessibility of their digital channels. Susannah will also serve as a member of L’Oréal USA’s Management Committee and a member of the Global IT Management Committee.

L’Oréal USA Appoints Leslie Marino as President of the Professional Products Division

Leslie has spent an impressive 20 years in the L’Oréal USA Luxe division; during that time, she led Redken to become the number one brand in the U.S. professional market for over a decade. Meanwhile, she also successfully grew the brands Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair and essie as General Manager. 

 

Her responsibilities as President of the Professional Products Division will include overseeing many brands from L’Oréal’s extensive portfolio of beauty brands including Kérastase, Biolage, L’Oréal Professionnel, Matrix, Mizani, Pulp Riot, Pureology, Redken and Shu Uemura Art of Hair. In addition, she will also be responsible for the Commercial, Digital, Education and Business Development activities that are critical to drive business in the U.S. and growth worldwide.

Nathalie Gerschtein is L’Oréal USA’s President of Consumer Products 

Nathalie began her remarkable 20-year career with L’Oréal through the company’s management trainee program. Two decades later, she has led a variety of businesses within the L’Oréal Group across Europe, Asia and North America. She has played a pivotal role in transforming the beauty industry: under Nathalie’s active leadership, L’Oréal Thailand became the organization’s strongest business in South Asia.

 

As President of Consumer Products, she will be responsible for accelerating growth, innovation and sustainability across a wide variety of iconic brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier, NYX Professional Makeup, essie and more.
