Now, BBI is preparing for their next phase of growth—with new strategic teams led by three female vice presidents.

Meet the remarkable women at the forefront of BBI’s newest stage: Dolapo Roberts-Voskuhl, Amanda Orban and Melissa Ayers. Each have extensive experience in marketing, innovation and leadership.
After an inspiring marketing and innovation career at L’Oréal USA, Estée Lauder Company and ghd, Dolapo will serve BBI as Vice President of Brand Strategy & Growth for Bio Ionic® and Curls.
Amanda, also a L’Oréal USA alumnus, has been named Vice President of Brand Strategy & Growth for Goody and Ouidad.
Melissa, who came to BBI from J.R. Watkins earlier this year, assumes her position as Vice President of Brand Strategy & Growth for Wet Brush and International.
