Beauty By Imagine Appoints Francesca Raminella as CEO 

Beauty By Imagination (“BBI”), a majority-owned portfolio company of ACON Investments L.L.C., announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Francesca Raminella as CEO of the company. She takes the place of Gary Dailey, who served as co-CEO with Francesca. He will move into the role of Chief Strategy and Administrative Officer. 

Francesca’s extensive experience in growing high-performance, global beauty brands makes her uniquely qualified to lead BBI’s next chapter. She is a consumer packaged goods and beauty industry executive with 25+ years of experience including Proctor & Gamble, Revlon, L’Oréal USA and ghd North America.
