Concrete Blonde (On Level 3 Hair)
Inspired by how well his Frozen Blonde color came out, Joseph Cuozzo, Cuozzo Studio for Hair, Oranjestad Aruba (Opening January 1st!) and Owner of Zion The Hair Salon in Madison, NJ, decided to create a progression of his frozen blonde hue. By infusing any icy blonde with highlights of icy teal, Joseph was able to create his multidimensional, concrete blonde shade. Best of all, Joseph was able to achieve this color on Level 3 hair!

FORMULA STEPS
Note: Wella Professionals Color.id was added to all C formulas.
1. Apply Formula A to the new growth and process for 50 minutes. Shampoo with Wella Professionals Brilliance Shampoo for fine to normal hair and condition with Wella Professionals Service Post Treatment.
2. Dry the hair and apply Formula B from the new growth area to the ends. Process for 30 minutes, then thoroughly rinse the hair, do not shampoo. Towel-dry the hair gently.
3. Section out two triangles below the part, with the triangle closest to the part being slightly larger. Apply Formula C to all hair not sectioned. Apply Formula C1 to the smaller triangle section. Then apply Formula C2 to the larger triangle section, and process for 20 minutes. Rinse the hair with cool water and apply Olaplex #2 Bond Perfecter for 15 minutes, then rinse. Then shampoo the hair and follow with Olaplex #3 Conditioner.
