Tom Volk Is Babe Hair Extensions New President

Beauty Industry Group (BIG) just announced Tom Volk has been promoted to President of  Babe Hair Extensions. In his 10 years with the brand, Tom has been instrumental in increasing Babe Hair’s visibility through his strategic vision and a focus on coaching to empower his team. 

Tom has managed and directed more than 30 dealers across North America and attained annual growth of over 13% while overseeing market development from $10 million to $30 million in salon sales. He has also expanded product distribution through direct sales, e-commerce and physical storefronts. 

“I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Tom for over a decade and can’t think of anyone who is a harder worker and more dedicated to the salon professional,” said President of Professional Brands Brandon Hutchins. “I’m very proud of what he has accomplished at BIG and look forward to the innovative concepts he inevitably will bring to the industry in the coming years.”

In addition to his role as President, Tom will also be working as Beauty Industry Group’s Professional Distribution Advisor, where he will help with strategy and provide guidance to other brands selling products through distribution.
