FORMULA STEPS

Before. 1. Use Formulas A and B to erase the regrowth and bring the entire hair canvas to a clean blonde. 2. Rinse the hair and apply Formula C, leaving the roots out (which will be shadowed later). Leave on for at least 5 minutes, longer if you need to knock out some yellow spots. 3. Tone the entire head at the bowl with dpHUE Cool Blonde Shampoo and Conditioner. 4. Apply Formula D as a shadow root, combing down while processing to ensure an even blend. 5. Rinse, then apply Formula E as an all-over gloss. Process...
