My collection was inspired after my visit to Greece with L’Oreal Professional.  What impressed me most were the pearlized colors I saw everywhere.  As I went through the beautiful marble stadium built centuries ago, I wanted to build something too-I wanted to create this (stadium) through a group of girls on whom I could do a total fashion look and capture this feeling. 

My inspiration for the hair coloring was to create transparent pastel tones that shined and were soft to the eyes.  The hair styles are versatile in their texture and yet equally feminine in design.  I created a total look with monochromatic colors and shapes. 

My concept in studio was to create a total fashion look in a confined space, with girls actively posed inside of this structure with many boxes around them creating an atmosphere of reflection to simulate that of a pearl inside a shell.  The feeling of this collection is in one word “kitch”. In today’s fashion that represents soft, sexy, pretty.

Energetic jetsetter, Heather Wenman (pictured in the first thumbnail) travelled internationally to satisfy her dedication in the industry she loves. Heather has developed into a combination Creative Director, Master Stylist and Colourist/Makeup Artist, constantly updating her own education to stay on the leading edge. Heather Wenman is respected on many levels within and outside the hair and fashion world.
