About Laurent D.
Laurent D. is a native of France and started his career at the age of 16, working as an apprentice with the world famous Claude Maxime in Paris before opening his own salon in Marbella and the Costa del sol in Spain.  He moved to Los Angeles in 1979 where he and Jose Eber opened five successful salons.  In 1995, Laurent sold his share in the business to open Privé in West Hollywood and has since expanded into New York and Orlando.
