Simply Blonde Blue Powder Lightener

For everyday salon use, simply:

1. Mix Kenra Color Simply Blonde Blue Powder Lightener with Kenra Color Creme Developer in 10-volume or 20-volume for on and off-scalp application. For off-scalp application ONLY, use 30-volume developer.
2. Mix in a 1:2 through 1:3 ratio for desired consistency.
3. Apply to dry, unwashed hair immediately after mixing.
4. For best results, apply generously with even saturation. Avoid applying to previously lightened hair.
5. Process for up to 45 minutes. DO NOT process under heat.
6. Rinse thoroughly after processing, then shampoo and condition.
