O&M C∅R.color™ KERATIN™ Lightener is a dust-free white powder lightener formulated with ammonia. Powered by a keratin amino acid complex, this lightener works gently and efficiently for controlled lift up to 7 Levels. Suitable for highlights and on-scalp techniques, the keratin protein structure in this formula mimics the hair structure to protect and rebuild during blonding services.
