Utopia by Chesters On Hay

Imagine a place that is perfect—socially, morally, spiritually and physically. The Utopia Collection has a dream like feel, it evokes joy. The images are colorful and playful. Goldwell’s Elumen was featured in all of the coloring techniques, creating pretty pastels and intense tones. Both the makeup and styling continue this theme by adding a playful mix of color and pattern.
