“My vision stems from the many different ways that shapes are represented all over the world,” says NAHA-winning stylist Shirley Gordon of Strands Studios. “I imagined using pure primitive shapes to create a culture of its own, representing a refined textured. With this image in mind, I was inspired to create the styles in these textured looks. Some of these same shapes were carried through into the wardrobe.”
