Lizzo’s Sleek Wet Look

To start, Shelby used A Curl Can Dream Shampoo by Matrix to cleanse and create a clean foundation. Shelby then added to the curl definition achieved during shampooing with Matrix A Curl Can Dream Rich Mask. This combo helped Lizzo’s curls pop—from the shampoo’s gentle clarifying to the moisture and buoyancy created with the mask.

Shelby used the ghd helios professional hair dryer to blow out Lizzo’s curls while protecting her hair with Matrix Instacure Anti-Breakage Porosity Spray to create visibly smooth, static and frizz-free hair. 

After blow-drying, Shelby braided Lizzo’s locks into a secure braid with Matrix Instacure Tension Reliever on the scalp for extra moisture and protection for the sleek style. 

Shelby laid Lizzo’s wig with the help of Matrix Instacure Anti-Breakage Porosity Spray because it not only fills in porosity and conditions over-porous hair, but it also functions well as a detangler.
