Deep side part, smooth strands, volume and healthy-looking waves are on the set list. Music icon Lana Del Rey took Coachella’s 2024 stage with her etherial beauty and enchanting melodies. Behind the starlet’s classic look was Anna Cofone (@annacofone), Lana’s longtime hairstylist.
“Lana and I were inspired by Hollywood icons for this look, pulling from the likes of Veronica Lake and Lauren Bacall. A timeless look that’s elegant yet updated—Hollywood waves in the desert. This look also pays homage to Lana’s look when we first started working together in 2011,” says Anna.

To begin building the look’s structure and add heat protection, apply Shaping Cream and Nourishing Hair Oil on the mid lengths and ends for added hydration.

Using the TYMO Beauty Airhype, start the blowout by taking small sections with a natural bristle round brush.
Pro Tip: For the ultimate volume, alternate heat settings while blow-drying. Use medium heat settings during the blowout and switch to a cool setting to set curls into place.

Next, use the TYMO Cue 1.5″ curling iron to curl and pin each section into place until cool.

To brush out the set style, use a vent brush with Working Hairspray to smooth any flyaways.
