Juno Temple’s Grunge Blowout

Prep the hair with a lightweight styling oil. For Juno, Mara applied the ROZ Santa Lucia Styling Oil.

Then, blow the hair out as smooth as possible while still maintaining volume at the roots. 

Take a flat iron and strategically straighten sections throughout the head, smoothing and making sure the ends are smooth.

“We really wanted to keep some natural movement to create a tousled, lived-in, grungey blowout—so nothing too flat,” explained Mara. “So I focused my flat iron to sections around the face, some pieces underneath and occasionally at the ends,” she adds. 

Apply Wella Professionals EIMI Dry Me Dry Shampoo to add additional volume to the roots. 

To finish, spray EIMI Stay Firm Workable Finishing Hairspray and EIMI Glam Mist Shine Spray from Wella Professionals. Since Juno’s hair is naturally curly, Mara applied a small amount of treatment oil to the ends for added moisture.
