First, dampen the hair using a hot towel. Then apply a quarter-sized amount of Biolage 3 Butter Control System Day Cream to moisturize the hair.

Next, apply Biolage Styling Thermal Active Spray and blow-dry the hair to its maximum length.

Slick up the sides using Biolage Styling Texture SAP and secure with bobby pins.

Once the sides are smooth, spray Biolage R.A.W. Texturizing Styling Spray on the loose, left out hair to enhance the texture’s natural wave and curl pattern. // Instagram via @leightonjewels

Brush hair at the front of the head back, making sure to leave height at the crown. Next, twist and pin hair in the back section by section for a crowned finish. 

Pro Tip: Place the pins in opposite directions to create the crown-like effect.

Finish the look by applying three drops of Biolage SmoothProof Hair Serum to the crown area and Biolage Styling Freeze Fix Anti-Humidity Resistant Spray to hold everything in place.
