“Make It Cool To Care”: Keune Partners With HairToStay
At their February kick off meeting, Keune introduced Make It Cool To Care, a yearlong initiative supporting the HairToStay Foundation.

HairToStay is the first and only national nonprofit dedicated to increasing access to scalp cooling, an FDA-approved treatment that dramatically minimizes chemotherapy-induced hair loss.
Keune presented an initial $22,000 donation to Sydney Berry, HairToStay advisory board member, cancer advocate and Chair of the Professional Beauty Association (PBA), honoring her tireless work in the industry and beyond.

Sydney shared her personal experience and educated attendees on the technology behind cooling caps, which help women retain their hair during cancer treatment.

Record Growth Fuels Leadership Promotions at Keune USA
Following its most successful year to date in 2025, Keune Haircosmetics USA announced two key promotions.
Pasha Ghanei has been promoted to President of Keune Haircosmetics USA. Since joining in September 2023, he has driven innovation and growth across the U.S. and Canada, including spearheading the revamped Keune Rewards loyalty program. His leadership and strategic team expansion contributed to the brand’s strongest sales year in U.S. history.

Katie Joyce has been promoted to Business Development Manager (BDM). Based in Richmond, VA, Katie joined Keune in 2023 and brings 16 years of industry experience. In her new role, she will continue supporting professional beauty distributor Twin State Salon Supply while expanding her territory to include Premier Beauty Supply, servicing salons across Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.
