Macadamia Professional Welcomes New AVP of Global Education

Macadamia Professional today announced the appointment of Karrie Fonte to Area Vice President of Global Education. Karrie will work closely with the sales, marketing and innovation teams to create strategic global education curriculum and develop a team of educators.

Karrie brings extensive industry experience to the team, which will help to grow a global presence with the education team. After receiving her hairstyling license at 19, Karrie worked at several top salons and developed a passion for teaching the skill. Starting as a field educator for Logics, she continued to develop her skills and later served as Assistant Vice President, US Education role with Matrix. In her previous position, Karrie was the Director of Education with Alterna Haircare and a QVC spokesperson.

Macadamia Professional launched ten products this year, offering hair care and styling products infused with a blend of Macadamia and Argan oils that are cruelty free, color safe and free of sulfates, parabens and gluten. With the launch of several new products, Macadamia Professional is making global education a top priority.
