  • 1

Establish a horseshoe parting high up on the side of the head.

  • 2

Using adjustable clippers set all the way open, cut the sides and back making sure that you maintain a slight square at the roundness of the head. Use a clipper comb to protect the corner.

  • 3

Start in the back and point-cut a soft line that falls just above the occipital.

  • 4

Taking linear sections overdirect each section back, and work all the way to the front hairline. Point-cut to maintain softness and to remove bulk.

  • 5

Blow-dry the front hairline straight up to create slight volume in the front. Use a Denman brush to blow-dry the rest of the hair straight back.

  • 6

Take a finger full of Schwarzkopf Professional OSiS+ Flexwax and work it between your palms.

  • 7

    Work Flexwax throughout the hair.

  • 8

Comb the hair back and style it into place.

  • 9

Finish the edges with a T-edger.
