UNITE Welcomes New Creative Director
Big things are happening at UNITE! The brand has announced the addition of award-winning stylist Gary Baker to the UNITE family! Gary will be taking on the role of Creative Director, forecasting trends and collections, overseeing direction for the UNITE education program and managing photographic campaigns.
As an international session stylist, educator and platform artist, Gary has traveled the world sharing his inspiring technical and creative techniques. Since his start in London, Gary has had the unique experience of working for two-time British Hairdresser of the Year Beverly C., as well as the opportunity to present alongside industry legends Trevor Sorbie, Anthony Mascolo, and more.
Examples of Gary’s work can be found throughout international designer campaigns as well as walking the runways in shows such as Belstaff, Burberry, Dak and Dior. And with a notable celebrity clientele—Depeche Mode, Muse, Kate Blanchet and royalty across the world—this artist has really fine-tuned his craft. Gary not only has an extensive knowledge of the industry, but he also has a keen eye for where it’s going in the future.
