  Start by dry cutting about 4 inches off to remove some of the extra bulk and length.

  Next, starting in the front, use a hand-paint/balayage technique and paint every second section of hair using Formula A. “I took diagonal back sections on both front sides, and I used foil to separate the sections,” shares Sarah.

  Then, apply Formula B in the back. Process for 30 minutes.

  At the sink, tone the highlights by applying Formula C and process for 5 minutes. Then, apply Olaplex No.2 and let process for 5 more minutes.

  Wash the hair using Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Shampoo and Conditioner.

  Next, sculpt her haircut into a blunt but very texturized bob, then prime her hair with Living Proof Prime Style Extender to extend the wear of her style and Living Proof Full Root Lifting Spray to give her roots a natural boost. For added protein, apply Living Proof Restore Instant Repair, then blow-dry.

  Use a flat iron to finish the look and spray Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast for extra texture and volume.
