Men’s hairstyling in 2014 was defined by the undercut, and this hip trend shows no signs of letting up in 2015. How do we know? Just ask BTC Member Rob Mason of Morris Motley from Melbourne, AU. Known for his contemporary, sharp-angled cuts, Rob demonstrates how to give the perfect masculine layered undercut on his model.

    Tips from Rob: The sides are clipper-over-combed with the edges faded in. The layers are connected through the crown so that when the hair is pushed backwards all the volume is reduced towards the back of the head. “It’s not always necessary to texturize or thin the hair out excessively when you can control the weight technically,” says Rob.
