Rose Gold Ombré
Want to get noticed on Instagram? Easy. Take the hottest haircolor technique of the century, throw in the most popular color trend of the year and watch the likes roll in! That’s what happened when Carly Patterson, owner and colorist at Maiden St. Kilda Salon in Melbourne, Australia, fused ombré and rose gold to create this gorgeous multi-toned hue for her 2016 #ONESHOT Hair Awards entry. And—lucky us—she also agreed to share the formula with the entire BTC community! Here’s her how-to.

COLOR FORMULAS 
FORMULA STEPS
1. Paint the entire head using Formula A, leaving about 2 cm of natural regrowth.
2. Process for 30 minutes under foil, wash, dry and apply Formula B to the roots.
3. Apply Formula C to about 3 cm of the brassy midsection, slightly overlapping with your brush strokes to bend with Formula B. Process for 20 minutes.
4. Apply Formula D to the ends (which is the majority of the length), and process for 15 minutes.
5. Rinse and apply Olaplex No.2, processing for 10 minutes. Wash, style and cut.
