Leslie Bibb’s transformation at the White Lotus finale reunion was giving what the internet has dubbed “Rich B*tch Blonde”—and we’re obsessed. Even if you haven’t watched, think high-glam vacation chaos—and Leslie nailed the vibe. Her dimensional shade is a modern take on Old Money Blonde, perfectly paired with a sharp cut that felt polished but still edgy.

Behind the look? Color icon and co-owner of Mèche Salon in Beverly Hills Tracey Cunningham (@traceycunningham1) and legendary cutter Chris McMillan (@mrchrismcmillan)—aka the duo responsible for making blonde bobs feel aspirational again.

While Tracey used Schwarzkopf Professional® color for a crisp, clean blonde with tonal depth, Chris delivered a face-framing shape that’s already being saved to stylist moodboards everywhere.

Here’s Chris’ cut breakdown:

  • Blunt, straight-across bob with a slight angle in front

  • Cut with continuity in mind so it stays camera-ready and low-maintenance across multiple shoot days

  • Low-maintenance and designed to stay polished despite Thailand’s humidity
