This is what our blonde dreams are made of… 😉 Celebrity colorist and Nine Zero One Salon Co-Owner Nikki Lee (@nikkilee901) created these vanilla blonde highlights and rooty dimension on our forever fave Hilary Duff and we’re obsessed. “Nothing like a fresh bright blonde, and no one wears it better than Hilary,” shared Nikki. “We took Hilary lighter using Joico’s Blonde Life Lightener, as she’s going to start filming ‘Younger’ again soon.”

FORMULA STEPS
1. Start the full head highlight application with Formula A and work your way up to the top with Formula B.
Pro Tip: The KEY to keeping previously lightened hair healthy while blonding is not applying lightener through the ends. Instead, Nikki applied In Common Cashmere Fusion Cream to the ends while the highlights processed in the foils.
2. Process until desired lift is achieved, then rinse and wash.
3. Tap the root with Formula C. Process, then rinse.
4. Apply Formula D from the roots to mids and Joico Blonde Life Violet Shampoo on the ends. Process everything for 10 minutes, then rinse.
5. Style as desired. Nikki created loose waves with volume at the root to accentuate the dimensional blonde.
