COLOR FORMULAS

  • Formula A:

Redken Shades EQ 3N + Shades EQ Processing Solution

  • Formula B:

Choice of lightener + 40-volume developer

  • Formula C:

    Shades EQ 8V + 9B + Processing Solution

FORMULA STEPS

1. To start, apply Formula A at the roots to create a deep base color.

2. Next, balayage using Formula B and b3 Brazilian Bond Builder. Let process and then tone with Formula C.

3. Next, rinse and wash the hair, then finish with the Biolage Color Care Acidic Milk Rinse to balance the pH and lock in the color. When saturating the hair with the Milk Rinse, the hair becomes visibly smoother and stronger and the color becomes more vibrant.

Pro Tip: Use more of the Acidic Milk Rinse when working with coarse hair or hair that has been heavily processed. Use less if the hair is finer.

4. Blow-dry using the Biolage Blowdry Glotion and style the hair as desired. Try the Biolage Heat Styling Primer to protect color-treated strands before using heat styling tools.
