Here’s A Look at Our Favorite NYFW Fall 2025 Hairstyles:
Here’s a list of our favorite runway looks, the brands and products used to create them and the looks’ inspirations:
R+Co BLEU: Hair industry icon Garren (@garrennewyork) created “Old Society, Wealthy Pin-Up Girl”-inspired looks for the Anna Sui show using R+Co BLEU products—with the key product being the Cult Classic Flexible Hairspray for a polished finish.
Oribe: Principal Artist of Global Design, Kien Hoang (@kienhoang) led the team for The Blonds show to create three different looks: “Outerspace Hair,” “Pin-Up-Inspired” and “Retro Finger Waves.”
amika: Celebrity and runway hairstylist Evanie Frausto (@evaniefrausto) used amika products to create the Sandy Liang look. The inspo? “The inspiration behind the look today is creating a really hot hair look, that is literally hot but also sexy-hot,” says Evanie. “When creating the looks for the show, we envisioned a New York girl that just got off work, dressed head-to-toe in layers and a little sweaty, but looking incredible and fresh.”
Bumble and bumble: Mustafa Yanaz (@Mustafa Yanaz) lead the Bumble and bumble team to create a range of looks for the Collina Strada show—our favorite being “Horn Hair.” He used a flat iron to create crimped sections at the crown to replicate horns.
Goldwell: Matthew Curtis (@matthewcurtishair) used Goldwell products and TYMO Beauty hair tools to create the Shakespearan-inspired full, voluminous braided ponytails adorned with LELET hair accessories.
TRESemmé: Lead stylist Lacy Redway (@lacyredway) created “Racetrack Hair” for the Christian Siriano inspired by the collection’s track-esque designs.
Redken: Cutler Salon stylist Jaylin Seng (@jaxandking) led the Redken team to give Vettese runway show models the “Anti-Coquette, Brat Hair” inspired by Charli XCX’s “Brat” album.
Bumble and bumble: Hairstylist Sonny Molina (@sonnymolinahair) used Bumble and bumble products to create the bold, refined, polished looks for the Christopher John Rogers runway show.
Oribe: Mandee Tauber (@mandeetauber), Artist of Global Content at Oribe, keyed the Altuzarra Fall 2025 hairstyle to create two different looks. The first; a sleek, twisted chignon and the second; a textured, natural-looking blowout.
Redken: Cutler Salon Founder Rodney Cutler (@cutlersalons) used Redken products to create an “Alice in Wonderland” take on the French twist for the Juzui fashion show. The updo was airy, modern and full of texture.
Aveda: Hayley Logan (@haylesloganhair) used Aveda products to make the case for power within effortless looks. The team created New York City-inspired hair for the Lingua Franca show. Hayley described the looks as “effortlessly chic, yet undeniably powerful”—like the spirit of New York.
