The 2017 NAHA winners were just announced at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas! Lifetime Achievement Award Winner Sam Villa moved the audience to tears during his acceptance speech; Avant Garde winner Chelsea James set a new standard for acceptance speeches (in the form of a poem); and Mio Sota took home the biggest award of the night—Hairstylist of the Year. See all the winners below!

Gorgeous artistic presentations by Aveda, MIZANI, Moroccanoil®, Living Proof and 2016 NAHA Hairstylist of the Year and L’ANZA Healing Haircare Global Creative Director Matt Swinney were a highlight of the show, hosted by Eden Sassoon
