Celebs (and their stylists) brought their A-game and we were eating up the polished ponies, sleek waves and jumbo braids on our faves. 1. Lady Gaga
Has there ever been a moment where an actor and their hairdresser were nominated for an award at the same time? Lady Gaga was nominated for “Outstanding Performance by a Lead Actress” and her longtime hairstylist Frederic Aspiras (@fredericaspiras) was nominated for “Makeup and Hairstyling” for “House of Gucci!” So of course, Frederic had to create Gaga’s icy blonde waves for the night using Joico.

2. Juno Temple
“Ted Lasso” star Juno Temple made us do a double take with her effortlessly glam texture fishtail braid by celebrity stylist Mara Roszak (@mararoszak). To get that imperfectly, perfect braid for a natural feel, Mara advises you add a bit of Wella Professionals EIMI Rugged Texture to your fingers as you braid.

3. Demi Singleton
The purpose of the red carpet is to make a statement and “King Richard” star Demi Singleton did just that. Her stylist, red carpet OG Ursula Stephen (@ursulastephen), placed her hair in a simple middle part with two thigh-grazing plaits on each side of her head. A bold statement for the up-and-coming starlet!
Pro Tip: Ursula got Demi’s hair silky smooth and flyaway-free by flat ironing in small and medium sections using L’Oréal Professionnel’s Steampod Flat Iron.

4. Reese Witherspoon
Red carpet fave Reese Witherspoon kept things classic with soft Old Hollywood waves to show off her Schiaparelli gown. Her stylist, Lona Vigi (@lonavigi), created the look by wrapping Reese’s golden strands around the L’Oréal Professionnel Steampod Flat Iron and using her wrist to manipulate the hair into the shape she wanted. How? The steam emitted from the flat iron gives hair glass hair-like finish.

5. Jessica Chastain
Jessica Chastain came prepared to win the night and the red carpet, channeling ’70s top model Jerry Hall in a Dior power suit with tumbling red waves. Celeb stylist Renato Campora (@renatocampora) got her together for her Best Actress win for “The Eyes of Tammy Faye.” Here’s how he did it.
- Blow-out freshly washed hair using the Olivia Garden Ceramic + Ion Blow Dryer and Ceramic + Ion Speed XL Brush.
- Curl the hair using Olivia Garden’s Titanium + Ion Curling Iron and pin up to cool.
- Take down, tuck a few pieces behind the ears and set with hairspray.

One of our favorite IT girl stylists Danielle Priano (@daniellepriano) created this sleek bob on Vanessa Hudgens that’s so good you’d think she really cut her hair! But, it’s actually a faux bob using clip-in extensions from Glam Seamless. Wondering how Danielle got her hair to look so natural? Here’s a few tips!

Pro Tip: Mira raked a combo of American Crew Pomade and Grooming Cream through Kieran’s hair for hold, before wetting it down and applying a little American Crew Forming Cream to shape.

8. Laverne Cox
The red carpet is nothing without a little glam and Laverne Cox brought it with her bejeweled nails by Eri Ishizu (@erierinailz)! Instead of the classic white and pink French mani, Eri gave Laverne a nude version to compliment her skin tone with rhinestone details for an added pop!
