Scruples ILLUSIONIST Accelerator Powder allows you to determine the precise amount of lift achieved based on the amount of powder used. Essential amino acids derived from aloe vera soothe and moisturize the hair while avocado oil provides vitamins A, D and E as well as proteins that create an excellent emollient and help maintain the integrity of hair. To use, the powder must be mixed with ILLUSIONIST Creme Highlights and PURE OXI Creme Developer in order for the product to work properly.
