2020 BHA Winners Will Be Announced LIVE Online

The 2020 Hairdressers Journal British Hairdressing Awards sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional is going live to a global audience for the first time in its 36-year history. “As the prospect of ‘live’ events continues to be shrouded with uncertainty, we have made the positive decision to keep to our date of Monday, November 30 and in the style of the world’s biggest events in 2020, we shall hold the awards online,” shares HJ’s Executive Director Jayne Lewis-Orr

Each and every year since its inception, the British Hairdressing Awards event has been held in the Great Room at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London attracting 2,000 guests including 100 finalists in 17 categories including the show’s most coveted award, British Hairdresser of the Year. As this awards program moves onto a virtual stage, it reflects the creativity of an industry that adapts together and embraces changes.

“We know that together we shall make this event one to remember for all of the right reasons, and we look forward to a global and unlimited audience joining us to celebrate the very best of British hairdressing,” shared Julian Crane, General Manager Henkel Beauty Care UK and Ireland. “This is a chance to reach more people and celebrate British hairdressing worldwide and we are excited to be part of this for the 36th year!”
