COLOR FORMULAS

  • Natural/Starting Level:

  • Formula A (highlights):

    Matrix Light Master + 20-volume developer

  • Formula B (alternating slices):

    2 oz. Matrix Color Sync Clear + ¼ oz.Matrix Watercolors Pink Quartz + 10-volume developer

  • Formula C (alternating slices):

    Matrix Color Sync Watercolors Pink Quartz + 10-volume developer

HOW-TO STEPS

  • 1

    Create horizontal subsections in the back and on each side. Wrap each subsection on a 1/2-inch curling iron, directing the hair downward. Remove the iron and clip each curl into place.

    In the top mohawk section, create vertical subsections and curl the hair by placing the iron on top of each section. Continue clipping each curl into place.

  • 3

    When the hair is completely cool, remove the clips and flip the hair forward. Comb through with a wide-tooth comb.

  • 4

    After the curls are blended, flip the head up and finish with firm-holding hairspray.
