FORMULA STEPS

1. Alternating between backcombed foilayage and babylights, apply Formula A to the new growth and any warm areas. Keep the sections fine to get maximum lift and be sure to heavily saturate each. “We maintained her natural color at the root for an easy grow-out,” notes Alex.

2. Then, apply Formula B to the previously lightened ends and process for 45 minutes.

3. Rinse, shampoo with Davines NOUNOU Shampoo, then apply Davines NOUNOU Hair Mask to equalize porosity and help with detangling.

4. Rinse again, towel-dry, then tone by applying Formula C from the roots to the midlengths and Formula D to the ends. Rinse, then apply Davines Naturaltech Nourishing Restructuring Miracle to replenish nutrients in her hair.

5. Give her a long-layered cut, blow-dry and refine the cut. Then, style with a 1½-inch curling iron.
