“Grace came in to me with a brassy Level 8 heavy highlight with about 1.5 inches of regrowth wanting to transition to something with less maintenance and a little bit darker for fall,” says Megan. Here’s what she did.

FORMULA STEPS
1. Start by shampooing with Fanola No Yellow Shampoo, leaving it on for 15 minutes to pre-tone the previous blonde. Rinse and dry.
2. Blend her regrowth down using Formula A all over.
3. Section the hair into wide, diagonal triangular sections. Paint Formula B on the high points of each triangular section to brighten up the brassy blonde to a bright Level 10.
4. Outline the low points with Formula A. Process all sections in balayage film without direct heat for 40 minutes.
5. Tone new highlights with Formula C.
