Ratner Companies Announces New President and Chief Operating Officer

Ratner Companies, the largest family-owned and operated chain of hair salons in the country, appointed Phil Horvath as president and chief operating officer, effective immediately.   Phil brings more than 25 years of beauty and salon industry experience to his new role, having worked at Ulta Beauty for the last 17 years.
