If meditating is not your thing, the Moodrise app uses the power of science to naturally elevate your mood with a series of images, video and audio that positively impact brain chemistry. It even has mood-tracking features to monitor any patterns or changes overtime.

If you find yourself needing more of a professional approach, Talkspace is the way to go. The app pairs you with a licensed therapist who you can speak to through text or video messages.
