BREAKING NEWS California Reopens Salons Indoors Hair salons, barbershops and nail salons are open indoors once again after more than four weeks following another lockdown in parts of the state. On Jan. 25, 2021 the state went back to the previous color-coded monitoring system, “Blueprint for a Safer Economy”. This allows personal service businesses to open in all tiers.
