Pulp Riot Blonde AF is a rapid lift powder bleach lightener that can be used for foil applications, on-scalp applications and hair-painting techniques. While its blue coloring doesn’t have massive toning properties, it helps cut down on yellow tones during the lifting process. Blonde AF is formulated with quinoa, which has mild bonding properties to help maintain the integrity of the hair, but you can still add your fave bond builder to your lightening formula.
