Anna Manukyan Joins Ulta Beauty In A New Leadership Role
Ulta Beauty welcomes Anna Manukyan as Senior Director, Education & Creative, a new leadership role designed to help salon professionals continue to grow stronger together, and fully realize all the possibilities a career with Ulta Beauty offers.
In her new role, Anna will oversee Ulta Beauty’s field education for 1,300+ salon locations as well as the company’s creative forces:
- The award-winning Ulta Beauty Pro Team of industry artists and educators from partner brands
- Ulta Beauty’s internal, influential Design Team of artists, educators and hands-on associates
- Industry relations, media collaboration and messaging for the salons at Ulta Beauty
- Ulta Beauty’s presence and engagement at salon industry events

Before joining Ulta Beauty, Anna served as Vice President of Education for L’Oréal’s Professional Products Division, where she led and developed national education strategy, and launched a national salon professional brand to consumers.
Anna is a certified financial educator as well as a licensed cosmetologist. She will carry this experience into her new role supporting Ulta Beauty’s commitment to helping salon pros earn a good living, grow personal incomes and understand their numbers while thriving creatively. She recently co-founded Beauty Finance Group, which provides financial guidance to beauty professionals, and is a registered professional with Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Anna will report directly to Nick Stenson, Senior Vice President of Store & Services Operations. “We are thrilled to welcome Anna to our Ulta Beauty family,” says Nick. “With her extensive experience and creative vision joining our strong team of associates and industry partners, we will further elevate Ulta Beauty’s leadership and service to the entire professional beauty community.”
