Reveal Hair Salon is a professional and customer-centric salon that uses only healthy, sustainable products. As we’ve watched much of the industry move towards suites and booth rentals over the last few years, we’ve begun implementing new initiatives to help build brand recognition and attract additional talent as we continue to grow. Hair salons need to adapt to become more advantageous for both stylists and clientele, and Reveal is here to do exactly that!

We are looking for a motivated Hair Salon Stylist that can apply a variety of hair services, including but not limited to haircuts, coloring, treatments, styling, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hair services to clients, including haircuts, coloring, treatments, styling, and more
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients
• Upsell salon products and services to clients
• Help keep the salon environment clean

Requirements:

• Valid Connecticut cosmetology license
• At least 3-years’ experience as a Hair Salon Stylist
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and ability to upsell salon products
