EVOLVE is a thriving organic salon, gallery, and boutique located in the vibrant Roosevelt/Greenlake neighborhood, just north of the University District, close to Whole Foods and the light rail. We’re overflowing with clients and looking for a talented stylist to join our salon.

Compensation & Hours

– $23/hour minimum to start & retail commission (or 50% commission, whichever is higher)

– flexible schedule available

– 25–40 hours/week, with some weekends required 

Ideal Candidate

– Current Cosmetology License

– 2+ years of salon experience

– Passion for hair artistry + interest in organic / sustainable beauty

– Service-oriented with strong communication and listening skills

– Self-motivated, team player, eager to keep learning

– Comfortable with booking software (Vagaro experience a plus)

– Bonus: Advanced hair/organic education, waxing skills

What You’ll Do

– Cut, style, and color (advanced + standard techniques)

– Welcome clients, answer phones, and manage bookings

– Recommend and sell retail products

– (Optional) Facial waxing services
